Refund policy

Vixen Vibes goal is to have the highest quality products & customer service. We want your purchasing experience to be exceptional & hope that you feel incredibly sexy in your new Vixen Vibes fashion. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please refer to our return policy as found below:

We offer Cash Refund or Full Store Credit on most items (even items that are typically not returnable including Bras, Panties, Hosiery, etc.)

The only items that are non-returnable are custom made items.

To initiate a return please send an email to Gigi@VixenVibes.com with “Return” in the subject line. In the body of the email make sure to include your order # which can be found in your original email confirmation as well as your preference for Cash Refund or Store Credit.

Feedback on the reason for return is not required but much appreciated (ie: Size, quality, etc). Any information provided assists as we go through the process of choosing the sexiest & highest quality Designers & products for our beloved boutique.

Once we receive your refund request we will email a return label that covers the cost of return shipping.  

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the items.

Items must be received by Vixen Vibes within 90 days of initial purchase to be eligible for refund.

Refunds will be issued via the initial payment method. 

Typically a refund will be processed within 3 days of receipt & inspection of returned item(s). However, your bank may take longer to return the cash to your account. 

Returned items must be unworn, undamaged and in the original package. (Items which smell of perfume, tobacco or body odor as well as those marked by lipstick, make-up or deodorant are not eligible for refund.)

A flat $10 restocking fee will be deducted on each returned item. (Restocking fee does not apply to items returned for store credit.)
